Description

Upgraded from my pervious build. I added a NZXT Kraken X62, a new case and removed a few fans. This thing runs smoothly on all games. Haven't had any problems yet

Nice monitors. I have dual 2560x1440 27” monitors with G-sync as well. Tbh I think spending more money on the build would’ve been beneficial though, especially for those monitors. 8700k as opposed to the 6700k and 3200 DDR4. Nice build overall though.

After looking back I was thinking the same thing. I invested though so if I feel the need to upgrade in the future the monitors wont be a concern then.

How did you get that ram for 96.99?

I had them from a previous build. Before crypto currency boomed

Ram has nothing to do with crypto currency, it's after ryzen launched ddr4 was in huge demand

When the GPU's went up the ram increased in price as well. You can look it up on this website

after looking at this building im planning to build in the same case, is there enough room to top mount that 280mm radiator? I know part picker says there is but does it look as if it could fit.

Yes it should fit but it'll be tight. The thing about this case is if your cable management sucks it's gonna be hard to place the glass in place when routing cables. I've seen a few cases with the radiator on top but to be safe so more research. I can't give you a definite answer because my radiator is in the front

The PC itself is about $2k. It's the monitors the boosted the total. I bought one and loved it so I bought a second

The monitors alone are $1,400.
