Description

Despite being a high-end PC enthusiast and modder, consoles reserve a special place in my life - particularly Nintendo. No other technology company elicits, at least for me, the same feelings of nostalgia. With GameBoy, I wanted to evoke that sense of nostalgia and familiarity, while loading it with high-end parts.

In addition to the parts saved in the list, and due to PCPP's horrifically inept database for watercooling parts, I also exclusively used Bitspower components: fittings, pump, and radiator.

I want to thank my sponsors, Lian Li, Bitspower, and TeamGroup Inc for supporting this build!

This should be featured, so cool. +1 Is the mouse functional? Did you 3d print it, and if so could I trouble you for the file?

Why did you use an i7-9700 instead of a 9700K?

I used an 8700k...

The list says 8700, not 8700k

Changed to 8700k. Your comment says 9700, by the way.

This is epic, in the pictures I noticed 4 dimms of ram. Are you using 2 2x4 ram sticks or 2 dummy sticks with 8gb of ram.

It's 4 x 4. I'd typically use more, but this is what the sponsor, TeamGroup, provided.

This is a beautiful system, amazing job. First time I ever saw metallic hard tubes look good. Honestly this build deserved the front page. Also, is that NES controller the GPU? Ifyou sold that i'd pay like, 200$. That is actually the coolest.

Sadly I likely cannot afford one. And even if I could, I was hoping I'd get the parts for my dream machine whiteout. But that's likely going to be later in 2020. I will keep contacts though. Maybe the christmas of 2020 I'll go full hard tubing along with SLI, thank you so much for your offer!

The entire case is painted.

So the reservoir and pump are in the bottom section? I'd be delighted to see "behind the scenes" on how all that was set up.
