Isn't it beautiful tho..

Wipes tear

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 4 points 6 days ago

Worth the money, when my wife uses my desktop she loves how she can change it to teal or any other color she's feeling that day!

timbermaniac123 2 Builds 5 points 6 days ago

There is a wise saying "happy wife, happy life" but in this case,we know it's an excuse to justify the purchase

zachirl 3 points 6 days ago

More than my build :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 5 points 6 days ago

MOre then my previous computer! Never ever spent this much before!

3oaouas0ou 2 points 6 days ago

That's when you know you're doing it right. :)

Tuskeyemer 2 points 6 days ago

exactly

3oaouas0ou 12 points 6 days ago

You really have to respect a man that goes THIS. ALL IN.

"OH YOU WANT ME TO BUILD A COMPUTER!? I'LL BUILD A FUCKI N COMPUTER!"

*Throws down coat, rolls up sleeves.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 6 days ago

I don’t have time right now but was gonna set the lights to a Murcia theme!

drferrell 2 Builds 9 points 6 days ago

You spent more on fans than a majority of people on this site spent on their builds. That alone is an accomplishment.

and a damn good looking accomplishment it is.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 12 points 6 days ago

And my wife never has to know :)

3oaouas0ou 2 points 6 days ago

I salute you sir.

FivePercent 1 point 6 days ago

Hello, aznsniper911's wife? I think there's a website you need to see.

drferrell 2 Builds 1 point 5 days ago

What did you tell her? "I only spent $1,000." Or that you got a this system for cheap?

FireFox500 1 point 6 days ago

I am planning something similar for myself in the future. Was wondering how you added double rads up top when the default is a single 420. Did you just buy the quad 120 mounts from Corsair and slide them on the rail? I would think it would be this easy but you never know. Also, how did you run the tubing into 4 rads, did you run from block to rad to rad and over again? Always curious about how a quad rad loop would work. Last questions I promise :) What do you use all the drives for? I do video editing myself and was wondering how you have all of your disks set up, and is the 905P really as lightning fast as they say?

Also: Awesome build, clean and badass, overkill is underrated :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Yup, the only reason I didn't do it the first time was because I was having a brain fart moment and didn't realize it fit ontop also! Worth the money for the tray though!

So here's the order of my setup: Res -> Pump -> GPU Block -> 480MM GTS OnTop -> Second 480mm GTS OnTop -> CPU Block -> 480mm GTR Rad -> 480MM GTR Rad -> Res

The hardest part is the thickness and width of rads, gotta be careful!

I do a lot of image rendering/editing and some video work. The 905p is really great os, low QD work and any other random 4K work! I been using the 960 PRO as my OS drive and I can definitely feel the difference with the 905p! I use the 960 Pro as a scratch disk and the 2TB 850 Pro as temp storage before going to the NAS, and the 1TB is for my video games!

No worries, always want to share my experience with others.

hahaha

FireFox500 1 point 5 days ago

Thank you for the reply! That's very similar to the drive setup I was looking into. Thanks for all the information, definitely gonna bookmark all of this and use it when I get around to doing my own build, thanks again!

Next, the first build as a single dad ! Just kidding, as an awesome dad.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

hahah that might be a couple years down the road!

rockfordt1 1 Build 1 point 6 days ago

my bro is doing a build in the same case ill send a pic to you when its done

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

That would be great! Would love to see what others are doing in this case!

rockfordt1 1 Build 1 point 6 days ago

Hes doing a 9900k, 2 2080 RTXS the whole works hes doing all his custom watercooling loop this week ill keep you posted. i want to use that casae on my next build too for a 9900k. th cooling abillity is unmatched for that case. I just built my current build it will posted as soon as a moderator approves the build pls look an tell me your thoughts.

rockfordt1 1 Build 1 point 6 days ago

also i want to know what water cooling system your using that one piece looks like a tvirus container from resident evil thxs. it gave me an idea for my next theme

CHIng_Chong123765 1 point 6 days ago

Next thing…a watercooled power supply

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

haha actually FSP makes a 1200W watercooled PSU called FSP Hydro PTM+!

CHIng_Chong123765 1 point 5 days ago

Haha really

ericcarpo 1 point 6 days ago

You're a ******* beast lmao

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Not gonna have a PC for the next 5 years !

timbermaniac123 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

For some of us. Those fans price alone can be used in the next build in the next 5 years.

But what can i say, rgb is love, rgb is life.

GoldGuyGames 1 point 6 days ago

... just upgrade your gpu in 5 years...

AidanRiches 1 point 6 days ago

so what job do you have?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

I do a lot of random freelance work now.

beardedmisfit 1 Build 1 point 6 days ago

is that because you're broke after this build? haha

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 6 days ago

Hahaha! Wish it was that simple, my grandmother got really sick and I was the only one to really take care of her so had to switch careers.

mitchthomas 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Wow this thing is a beast! How much does it weigh? Some more picks without the RGB would be nice also like the cable management and cant see the loop clearly. Other than that i bet you never have to run the fans above 10%

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 6 days ago

I want to say close to 1000 pounds! Hahaha I’ll see what I can do a little today for you guys! On the contrary, always 100%!

CT_Venom 1 point 6 days ago

wow

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

My wallet just wanted to die after this

LeMMingSlayeR 22 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

The case and power supply cost more than my CPU and graphics card.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Luckily the case was a gift from my wife!

itstan 1 point 6 days ago

can this run minecraft?

Astrocosmic1 1 point 6 days ago

Only if he turns the fans up to 100%.. even then maybe only 40 frames on 720p

beardedmisfit 1 Build 1 point 6 days ago

WOW. Your fans cost more than my builds. Your 2x of your RAM purchases could do a build. But all in all just WOW. Badass looking build. I've seen Pauls' Hardware do his build with this case and I've been wanting to. Once I hit the lottery maybe haha Sweet build. Why just a 1080ti though? That's my only question +1

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 6 days ago

This rig was actually built this summer, so it didn’t even come out yet. I wanted to switch to the RTC 2080 Ti but need a waterblock I like!

ThriftStoreRaider 8 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

This is basically a windtunnel.

Zirf 1 point 6 days ago

Bro that is amazing. I just have two questions: Could you please tell us what the temperatures are on your cpu. Also, when are you going to upgrade the gpu?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Depends on load. My ambient is about 13c, idle around 18-20c, gaming is about 40-50c, rendering can be up to 80-90c

DerplePurp 1 point 6 days ago

All i wanna say is damn

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 2 points 6 days ago

My thoughts exactly! Then I said SOB when I tried to make the cable management nice for the LL led cables lol!

DerplePurp 1 point 4 days ago

Haha it looks amazing though... the cable management was worth it

boiyuiop 1 point 6 days ago

my eyes popped out of my head when I saw all this RGB.

and price.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Wife loves the RGB, want to say best money spent for that!

hehredt03 1 point 6 days ago

I remember the original. Love this!!!!

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Hahaha! This would have been the original had I not have a brain fart and realize I could put two Rada on top!

hehredt03 1 point 5 days ago

Any reason you don't go for a more audiophile set of cans?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 5 days ago

Those are just my gaming headset, I didn’t notice I haven’t added my speakers into also. I own a couple of nicer cans but haven’t use them as much easily

TheStuartLittle 1 point 6 days ago

Literally I can only imagine this is basically a display piece at this point, because if you actually turn this thing on, it will fly away on it's own accord, not only did you create a really expensive computer...you created a drone.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Just like it’s creator, me, it’s too heavy to fly!

mightyfist 1 point 6 days ago

I didn't want to like this. But damn dude, it's pretty. Is it possible to give us a shot of the pc in "normal" lighting/daylight conditions?

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Will do when I can get back today!

CooproxXo1 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

This build is absolutely amazing

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

danks danks!!

Crazycatman 4 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

I have "One" request.

PLEASE BUY A DECIBEL READER AND TURN YOUR FANS TO 100%

Thank you! You are a lucky man to have all this money :)

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

So I’m the opposite of most people, I went from having 60db fans to these LL120 which to me are super quiet

emoninjah 1 point 6 days ago

good lord

ThatOneBudgetGuy 1 Build 1 point 5 days ago

an alternate name for this would be: "don't tell the wife". Honestly, this computer costs more than most people spend on their first car lol.

FurryJackman 2 Builds 1 point 4 days ago

Paul's Hardware should see this. Proper competition for Riptide!

clone_the_quack 1 point 16 hours ago

I remember seeing the first version of this and I was in love and now I'm looking for parts to build a pc and see this. You're my savior.

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 48 minutes ago

Haha thanks! Let me know if you ever have questions!

dustinrice99 1 point 10 hours ago

so like how many pounds of blow do you sell on the daily just the fans are more then my pc

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 49 minutes ago

I just go hungry for days!

Logan_Dah_Best 0 points 6 days ago

Buys $10,000 PC

Buys $30 mouse

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Shhhhhh I like my mouse!

Perki15 0 points 6 days ago

but can it run ROBLOX

eesti -2 points 6 days ago

0/10 no 9980XE and Quadro RTX 6000 SLI +1 for RGB

BetrayedPredator 1 point 6 days ago

No RTX Titan

The RTX 6000 isn’t worth the cost and the 9980XE is just a 7980XE with a bad solder job

eesti 1 point 6 days ago

a bad solder job is better than a bad paste application, and this is about overkill, not rationale

BetrayedPredator 1 point 6 days ago

You know what’s even better?

Bad paste that you can remove and use liquid metal (which is better than solder) without killing the CPU

The 9980XE has SMDs around the die that get destroyed when delidding with a tool, so it takes much more equipment to delid

eesti 1 point 6 days ago

I prefer having a warranty on my $1699 processor

BetrayedPredator 1 point 6 days ago

Silicon lottery then?

CPUs don’t randomly die, and overclocking already kills it

aznsniper911 submitter 2 Builds 1 point 6 days ago

Didn’t exist when I built this!
