Description

Modeled after the https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/MLXscf/great-amd-gaming-build build by ThoughtA.

Built for a family member with a budget of around $1k. Most of the parts were nabbed around this 2018 Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Also, my good boy corgo's name is -- you guessed it -- Ein.

Ayyy, any Cowboy Bebop fan's out there?

Also in for pic of the doge (Corgis are great doges).

Clean build - nice use of the standard RGB colors of the SP fans that come with the 570 mixed with the components you have inside. If I may recommend: depending on the thermals you notice within your case (especially under load), you should consider adding an exhaust fan (back or top) to help the airflow through your case. It's a good opportunity to add an additional SP fan (or 2) to the mix routed through the LED hub that came with your case.

I went with the same case for my recent build as well - ended-up replacing the 3 SP fans on the front with LL fans (wanted the inner-and-outer-ring bling) as well as adding 1-120 LL fan to the back and 2-140 LL fans to the top (all 3 running as exhaust). Additionally ended-up adding a Corsair CoPro and re-routing the LED hub through this for control via iCUE (so the buttons on top of the case to control the LED lights no longer function).
