Description
Version 2 of my first gaming pc I started in May this year, all I can say is that it has come quite a long way from where I started. For starters, I have actually gone through a couple phases with this pc and have re-cabled it 4 times lol. First time when I first built it, second when I upgraded to my 980ti's and got an evga 1050w, then when I got my 1000w p2 since evga's individually sleeved cable set is only compatible with g2/p2/t2 psu models, and lastly when I received my red sleeved psu cable set today. At the moment I still only use this pc for gaming and everyday stuff, but im saving up to get sony vegas pro so I can start doing some video editing and such(not that i cant afford it), but im not about to go spend some $800 after spending all this on the rig. As you can see I like fast things, whether its cars or computers, and I love the red and black color scheme, even if it is overused. Is this pc overkill? Yes. Do I care? No. I have plenty of funds and I spend it how I like, though I will be upgrading to a 4K monitor in the near future to better utilize my gpus. Also alot of extra money was spent just so I could make this computer look as red and black and clean as possible. Im a perfectionist when it comes to this (explains why basically all my components and peripherals are evga and corsair), and I think I did a pretty good job! I will also be upgrading to a custom water cooled loop in the future and will be replacing my gpu heat-sinks with waterblocks. Besides that for the most part she is complete and will be able to kill games for many years to come. Please leave your comments, I love hearing what everyone thinks and I want to hear any suggestions and constructive criticism you guys have. Enjoy!
