Okay, okay, I built this about a month ago and now is the time I make my lil build thingy. My PC was made for gaming (despite the fact that I cant afford any games yet because I spent all my money on this system lol). The only good game I have on this thing is Rocket League (which runs very well at the highest settings :). Anyways, the build itself went fairly smooth and was for the most part, enjoyable. The only thing i struggled at was mounting the front 3 fans. I tried putting them in with out putting a screw threw the holes before i tried putting it into the case which made for a frustrating time which was so simple to fix but I just thought doing it my way would work. I ended up fixing the problem and everything was good from there. I would say my cable management is pretty good, but you guys can be the judge of that. I would also like to add that the price is very very close to what it cost to build the machine :) UPDATE- I installed a new Netgear Nighthawk Router and also routed a cat7 ethernet cable from my pc to the office in my house :)
So far so good! Haven't ran into any ram issues and an excellent cpu for gaming but could also be used for other things that could use the 8 threads. Also, I would like to say i got this bundled with the MSI Tomahawk B350 mobo and it took off $10. Awesome cpu for the money!
(Got this bundled) Okay, the reason i got this motherboard is because i needed an am4 motherboard that had a PCI slot. Before i got my 1050Ti, i was using an old GT8400 to get display, at the time of having this I couldnt get the drives for the old card made at the end of 2007. I honestly wish i didnt have to be forced to only a few motherboards because of this but , it works.
What can I say, it works perfectly, could be better if overclocked. Maybe later on i can try to see if this can be overclocked at 2666 or something like that.
Pulled both of these 320Gb drives out of old systems (they were still running Vista on them lmao). Installed Windows and now we're all good. I will be upgrading to a ssd+ 2Tb hard drive in the future but for now both of these work
I have yet to test many games with this graphics card but for the money it seems to be working very well. Definitely going to try to oc when i get more demanding games.
Good case for $50. My only issues with it is the space between behind the motherboard tray and the back panel, and also, I'm pretty sure that airflow is o k with this cooler. You can only have 3 intake fans and 1 exhaust fan but i guess that's what you get for 50 dollars. Could have been a little better with support for a 140mm fan up top but oh well.
Got this refurbished for $60 on Newegg. I could have gotten the 650 watt semi-modular power supply for the same price but Im not even using over 400 watts over load so there wouldn't be a point.
Good airflow, good looks. I ghetto modded these with tape and blue marker hahaha.
I stole this from my moms office, she doesn't even use it anymore so whatever. I'm upgrading to a Corsair Strafe keyboard later on.
Hehehe I found this at one of my moms apartments, I guess the last person who lived there forgot it. Solid mouse but I should probably get a mouse pad, even though it still works very well just gliding around on my desk.
Again, stole this from my moms office. Its missing one if the grill cover things but they still sound good.
