Expected to see this question, a few reasons come to my mind at the very least

1) Upgradability, you can upgrade to some of the most powerful chips out there

2) A crap-ton of PCI-E lanes

Your parts list says gskill ram but that for sure is corsair vengeance pro rgb. Have any trouble with the 3200 xmp profile?
