This was my first build in almost four years and will be used for anime, development, and gaming. It features white and black components with cyan and magenta lighting. Let me know if you have any questions!
The motherboard looks remarkable in a white case with its black PCB and subtle design. As a bonus, saving a PCI slot with integrated Wi-Fi is highly welcomed. The only issue I found was the lack of documentation surrounding the top M.2 slot — it shares a screw with the armour.
This is the only part which survived from my prior build. It should last until the next generation of video cards in 2020. I was not sure whether the black backplate would work with the new theme, but I am happy with how it turned out.
There's not much I can about this case except for... get it! At first, I was unsure about the aluminium, but in person, it looks far better than expected. Each of the case's ports has a mirrored and bevelled finish, and it can house a healthy number of fans for a warm climate.
While the result looks amazing and performs well, the installation was nightmare fuel. Screwing Corsair fans in for the first time is painful because they are not threaded. With a total of 40 screws, I ended up with a few blisters and was close to having a red build.
