I am planning to build a very similar PC soon. I am, however, getting the Gigabyte Gaming 5 -- not the 7. Do you know the difference?

Also, I plan to get the Kraken X62 as well. It will be my first water cooled PC, as my first build I have been using has a Hyper 212 EVO. Was the X62 difficult to install? Will I need a USB hub for extra USB ports?

Thanks!

Not to sure of the difference between the gaming 5 and gaming 7 but the Kraken was easy install and yes I recommend a usb hub because you are only given two sadly.

You only removed the back fan to put the GPU fan there right? While at the top still having 3 fans (1 140mm single fan & 280mm CPU liquid cooler)?

And if yes, did you put the fan that you removed somewhere else in the case or not?

sorry for late reply yes i removed the fans that came with the case, I put the 120ll fan for my ftw3 hybrid rad that i placed in the back. the top had the x62 rad with the 2 140lls and just had space an extra for an extra 140ll. didnt put back any of the stock fans.
