This is my first Gaming PC set up. Hope you enjoy.
I am open to any suggestions as to how I could improve my set up. Any advice is appreciated. :D
Looks great! I think there is more than a "hint" of RGB! You've got some good looking and quality parts.
Thank man. I usually don't have all the LEDS on most of the time, so usually it is just a "hint" lol. Thanks for the feedback :)
you should get a backplate for the video card (white would look good)
When prices go down I'll probably invest in a more powerful card. But ya i agree, some of those back plates look really nice. Thanks for the feedback man!
So i have this case and im thinking about getting the Kraken X62. My question is though, did you make one of the back fans an intake or does the fans on rad blow enough cool air through the front? I feel like everything else will get really hot.
I have both my fans on my X62 rad pulling air in. I have both Aer fans at the back set as exhaust pushing air out. My temps are really good even under load. Not had a problem yet with parts getting too hot.
RGB theme with a hint of black and white
Nice build and set up the GPU and the MOBO really compliment each other very smooth and clean.
Thanks man. I usually don't have the RBG leds on all the time. I did switch them on for the pics tho. Really happy how it turned out.
With a hint of RGB... the whole build is RGB! Nice build though
Makes me nervous seeing you at street level... pull the blinds :0
Just a slight hint of RGB
Hiya great build! What gaming chair do you have?
Thank you! I have the DX RACER FORMULA F08-NR red version.
Did you require an internal USB hub?
damn, could have got a 1070 instead of the liquid cooler
Yeh I do t think he wants to pay for a overpriced 1070. they have a msrp of the FE for 379, not 600 700
a 1060 is pretty much all you need for most games, and i dont think he wants to pay another 400 dollars for a flashier graphics card even though he doesnt need it
Yeah I would think the same no reason for such a small upgrade with little boost in performance, at this point he needs to wait for next generation so that he can get his money's worth.
Thanks for the feedback guys! Gonna wait for GPU prices to drop. They are insane atm. The 1060 is sufficient for for requirements right now. If I ever do decide to upgrade to 1440p dual monitors, the GPU is all I need to upgrade.
I'm give my brother my extra moniter, and ill use my ultra wide still, but upgrading to a 3440x1440p
