Description

THANKS FOR THE FEATURE!! May not be the fanciest builds but I am proud of my super budget builds!!

I thought i posted this but it's not showing up on my list anymore. Sorry if it is a repeat.
I just got an offer to buy this back and realized I had forgotten all about this little gem.
I got the CPU/cooler/mobo/ram and GPU in trade for this build http://pcpartpicker.com/b/MnWXsY
I paid $125 for the parts.
Sold the rig to a HS kid for $325 but he is just not hat into PC gaming and wants to sell it back.

I packed a LOT of machine into this little case. I only recommend this case when there is a good rebate and net, it costs $30. CM is the worst for rebates time wise but you do get them.

for the $$ I think it came out great and I just love the way it looks.
Even came with legit activated windows 10 :)

Always liked the look of the N520 cooler. This is a great looking build. Very clean with clear pictures. Nice looking older build. Thanks for the post.

Thumbs up.

Sweet. I have thought about grabbing one a couple of times, but have let it pass me by. On the card, I like the XFX logo they put in the vent. Looks cool.

Is this an older model N200? Sure looks a lot different than my current one.

  • 1 point

I don't think so, this is the second time I have used it and both are identical. Might be that the lens is slightly telephoto.

Congrats on the feature! It's ironic that you commented on my build which quite a few thought should be featured and now here you are on the front page! Your photos really made this stand out. I'll use my DSLR next time I post a nice build so that I don't get shunned due to half way decent smart phone pics! Enjoy and +1

geesh, I think your builds are clever and fantastic. Many of yours should be featured!

Greatly appreciated coming from someone who has done a TON of builds!!! :)

I like that your builds focus on low cost and unique/modded finishes. Also I am a big fan of mini itx. I never seem to find the great deals on used mini parts though.

Budget building is what I'm all about! Each one of my builds is carefully thought out and I always try and think of something that will make it stand out that other people aren't doing. Kudos to you for 30+ builds!!!

I am using a old nikon 60mm Micro lens (manual focus even!). On the d3200 it is probab;y more like an 80-90mm focal length which give a little telephoto compression. The images are very much sharper than they are with the standard crappy zoom lens that comes with the camera. I got for $40 free shipping from KEH.com in mint condition this past spring.

Sure you don't mean $400? $40 is a complete STEAL!!!

The cable mgmt or the lack thereof really pains my eyes. Might as well be amongst the worst i've ever seen. I mean there is litarelly a clew of cables in front of the PSU. Sry, but i call undeserved feature. If you'd have putten the same efford in your actual build like in your photographies (which i like a lot!) it would've been well deserved, but in my opinion a featured build should show more dedication than this.

  • 1 point

I actually agree with the cable management. Though "the worst " is a little harsh. Though there is not much space behind the mobo to stuff anything. Since there is no window, I was more focused on airflow than looks. If you look through my other builds, you'll see much better things!!
