Description

(Edited) I built a simple and clean setup with the combination of white, red, and black. FYI Demure means not attracting or demanding a lot of attention : not showy or flashy. I hope you like my setup, leave a comment if you have any questions or suggestions. If you guys are wondering why I only went with the 950 it's because I mostly play mainstream games; specially Dota 2, and the 950 gives me 80-100+fps on high settings.

I'd totally add white carbon fibre vinyl to that desk. That would look sick.

Very clean setup. I like your desk with the back lighting.

I would have opted for a 4GB GTX 960. Price different isn't that much. Gigabyte is selling their Windforce 4GB gtx 960 OC edition for $199.

Over all, very nice and aesthetically pleasing.

Yes, I agree the build and setup is very clean. It looks great.
With the GPU suggestion, it is a little bit more in CAD currency though. It may be close to or around $250 and above with a GTX 960. This is even true for an R9 380.

Wouldn't that mean he spent $200 + in CAD for the 950?

Correct. I do agree on what you said though. I wonder if OP had a sweet deal somewhere or maybe someone they knew passed it down to OP. I have no clue though since not much info was mentioned about the reasons, yet.
Even though we see a comment mention some games so the GTX 950 can handle on what was said.

Thank you for the comment. I mostly play Dota 2 and it's not a very demanding game. And with the GTX 950 I already got 80-100+ fps with max setting so I don't think I needed the 960 for the build.

Nice looking build I would upgrade those speakers though I had a pair of them for a while cause they matched my build, but they would pretty horrid compared to a speaker set that cost 15 dollars more. Anyway nice color scheme. +1

pc builders in general have horrific sound, i always shudder when i see these beautifully crafted computers which have MONTHS of research and sometimes thousands of dollars next to a $50 pair of active speakers by logitech ><

i upvoted the PC build though, it's really nice :)

I'm mostly using the headphones. And the speakers' sound is good for me. I'm still wanting to upgrade it when I have the money. Gonna do some research on what to buy too.

I mostly play mainstream games like CS GO and Dota 2(mostly this), but sometimes I want to try some other games I found interesting. Maybe Overwatch for example.

How did you like building inside of this case? Im thinking about getting this one but the NZXT Noctis is just calling for me... Lol. I do love this build though!

It's easy enough even if its my first time building, I like that it doesnt have the optical bay for more space and you can also remove the hard drive mount thingy.

Personally, I wouldn't have went with so many white peripherals because they can get dirty pretty easily. But I do understand you wanted to keep the theme. Anyways, nice job with the build!

Thanks for the comment. I know it can get dirty really quick but I don't mind cleaning from time to time.

Great job and nice RIG. As you said "simple and clean". Really nice project! Where did you got this white keyboard? Love it. I am also an owner of a AMD FX 6300. I could OC to 4.7ghz easily with water cooling. you can see all here https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ZctJ7P

I got it from amazon, I have a link on it on my parts. I'm still new at OC so I don't know much about it.

Wow, sick build. Mine is similar, we have a few of the same components! But you chose well for your color scheme.
