Description

I built this PC out of parts I was able to haggle for on places like Craigslist and LetGo. The whole goal of this was to be able to get one of my cousin's on Overwatch with me. I spent a total of about $230 on this.

This is a great entry level build that will be easy to upgrade in the future, especially with that Z270 board. Since you said you got all of this for about $230, I assume you didn't pay $173 for the i3? As someone running with the i5-7400, I can say that the Kaby Lake stuff definitely isn't worth the retail price, but if you got it for around $80-$100 that's a pretty okay deal.

Hi, I couldn't agree more! I didn't pay anything for the i3 7100. I purchased a used Aorus 1080ti from someone for $400 and he gave the 7100 away along with it. Felt super lucky for finding that deal.

Wow even $400 for that 1080ti is incredible. Most people in the UK seem to try and sell their for around £550 // $600~

Hello, I was wondering what your thoughts on the case were? Specifically temperatures. Since the PC is a gift you may not have constant access to logs of the temperatures and airflows, but anything you DID mark or remember would be appreciated.
