What are those big tubes?

Those are the power cables I wrapped them so they wouldn't look so ugly just being cables with plastic tubing

Kinda looks like an octopus or something, I suggest painting the tube for an added asthetic? +1 for ingenuity and imagination!

+1 Very cool, I want to do something similar to use as a HTPC, this would look so neat under a living room T.V.. Also, I like the "Ken Block" Strap on the PSU.

My iMac was about 1700 bucks but this build doesn’t include speakers or a monitor and the price for the gpu on this this build is not included in the total cost. So this build in total should be like 200 bucks extra for the gpu and an extra like 7-800 for a 4K monitor with speakers

But, it is an iMac..you didn't build it, or use your imagination. Your iMac isn't as portable as this is. And PC will always be more bang for your buck for a more affordable price. I'm a former iMac owner, and I would never brag about an iMac, nor own one again.

yeah, but this isn't an imac.

The price of the GPU in this build is $150 for me. That seems more than reasonable with a quick Ebay search.

I'm also finding a lot of 4k IPS screens on newegg for under $500.

Sounds to me like you paid $400+ just for an OS and tech support; but it's your decision to make. Not sure why people are downvoting you just for owning an iMac; as long as you aren't saying it's more cost efficient, or cheaper, I don't mind.

Honestly ppl r saying that ur portable ur pc is portable but like rly it isn’t and honestly i don’t really care about MacOS or the tech support. I didn’t even choose to buy that it was a gift from someone. If it were up to me now, I’d build a custom high end gaming pc but I’m still generally happy with my iMac and I’m keeping it till I can really build a powerful gaming pc
