Started out with a plan to just get a video card for running games at 60 frames, I soon realized i would need a whole new system and purchased the following. The stock cooler that came with the CPU gets the job done, silent and usually doesn't hit 40C+. Using the stock graphics gets the job done, ~120 frames in a normal game on near max settings. The case has tempered glass sides and looks amazing all lit up. The Gigabyte HD3P gets the job done, plenty of options for overclocking and general control of the system. The GTX 1080 runs amazing.
Fast and cheap, stays around 3.6Ghz with normal settings. With a stock speed of 3.2 and it being locked, its surprises me that it goes half a gigahertz faster. 5/5
CPU doesn't hit above 50C
Lots of options for OC'ing. Fans are a little confusing to set up and it includes a 3.1 Type-C USB along with a M.2 bay. 4/5
Cheapest ram out there, fast and afforrdable. 5/5
Not the fastest SSD out there and it doesn't have an option for SATA Express, but it's lightweight and blends in. 3/5
It's big but it's slow 4/5
Tempered glass, huge interior, space for cables. Not much more to say. 5/5
Power is power. No crashes yet. 5/5
Wireless Network Adapter
Compact, cheap, and fast. 5/5
If only the lights in it were brighter. 3/5
Annoying but nice.
