Description

Hey, thanks for checking in first of all.

Realized myself a dream with my first watercooled build. Started with the components I had, like the case and the PSU and decided to build something special within my budget. Because of these limitations I chose to go with a reasonable CPU and GPU, as I am not streaming or rendering and don't really need the hyperthreading capabilities. Although I decided to go all in with the watercooling components in terms of quality and aesthetics. Because of that I chose to use only EKWB-parts for the entire loop. Built in a 240mm Radiator in the top and a 120mm one in the front. Still leaves enough capacity if you really wanna go nuts with the overclocking.

A lot of time has passed by, as you can see in the timeline above, since I built it, but see for yourself. E.g. I started with red-transparent cooling fluid, but wasn't happy with the overall look of the build, so I changed it Mayhems Pastel shortly after, which I'm now running for over 1,5 years without any significant issues. Only the colour tone darkened slightly.

Looking forward to hear what you guys think about my build and if you have any tips for future changes.

This is amazing! Nice build man, very clean bends on the loop as well! +1

Looks great!

Only critique would be to be careful with non-straight runs interacting with 90-degree joints... Looks like the front rad to res may develop some issues over time, but maybe not.

Fantastic build +1

Thanks a lot dude. I have been running these bends for over 2 years now and no issues yet.

Couple Noctua Chromax fans would put this build over the top IMHO.

Thanks for Sharing

Nice! How is the i5-6600k holding up in games?

Thanks mate. It's working perfectly fine for me. Chose it because I would not gain anything of off the additional hyperthreading with my tasks.

Just chose red as the first colour theme of the build. But you can look forward to a fluid change soon.
