Description

This is my 3rd personal build, probably my biggest undertaking. I think what prompted this build was XSPC's black chrome fittings, CPU and GPU plates. I think they really give that spacey feel to the build, and Thermaltake's View 37 case is just too good to pass up with the huge window. Photographed is only 2 of the DIMMS of Trident Z RBG, I'm waiting for the other 2 to come in (on backorder). Anyways, this was the first time I did hard tubing with fittings and that was a bit of a struggle bending your own plastic. I definitely set off the fire alarm in my place a few times with the heat gun. Build took place over 2 days as parts came in, took roughly 10 hours of trial and error before I was finished.

I have one question; why did you decide to go with a locked processor with a liquid cooling loop? Will yo be upgrading to an 8700k in the near future?

Really just liked the liquid cooled loop style, not planning to upgrade within this generation. right now my temps havent seen above 40 degrees celcius on either GPU or CPU even with initial stress testing, so I think its moreso just to make the build last.

Nice build! I would totally get the view 37, but I would scratch that acrylic to pieces :(
