Description

Decided to join the PC gang to get access to a wider array of games and also be able to easily upgrade in the future, as well as have the experience of building a computer by myself. It was a little nerve-wracking throughout the build but I got to POST the first time turning it on. So far, all is well and it runs quiet and decently cool. Very glad to have accomplished this.

Ill be honest its a bit messy back there... One thing that really annoyed me is that the case leds and fans conmected by molex and there was no molex spot on my PSU, so imstead I had to use a peripheral cable that had one molex hookup and 4 other connections I did not need at all. This was at the end of the build so i just connected the molex and shoved the rest in.

Wow nice build! Looks sleek and clean. That R5 2600 + RX 580 combo seems like the sweet spot for price to performance these days. Enjoy!

Good work mate. I hope she serves for the years to come. You did a darn good job for your first build.

I was so so happy when I pressed that power button and immediately hit BIOS. I kind of expected that there would be some issue before I could get it to post.

Nice entrance rig. Will defiantly be easy to upgrade in the future. What do you want to upgrade first? +1

probably get some dual channel ram in the near future, maybe bump up to 3200 mhz

maybe an m.2 drive to replace the a400 later on, and just use the a400 for a few games

This looks just like the build I'm about to make (also my first build). I've heard that graphics card is a bit noisy though.

Nice-looking build. How are those Arctic fans treating you in terms of temps? I've been looking at their specs and they seem to be very good.
