Description

This is my first budget build for the games listed. I am very happy with the way that it turned out and the performance it gives me. I do realize that there is really no way to upgrade this build but hey you are always learning. But overall this is doing its job. I'm getting around 180 fps for minecraft and around 50 or more for insurgency. Not bad at all i would think. BTW I'm 13 and i absolutely loved doing this. I plan to do more builds hope fully with a bigger budget! :)

I agree with this. For the price, it's a fantastic build.

Solid parts and nice and clean. mATX looks so small in that case, but hey atleast airflow won't be impeded, ya?

Good looking build, you did really good on the price point. I don't see an OS listed are you using Linux? You could add a GPU and crossfire X will kick in if you use a supported on, you will need to do some research on that. I know the R7 240 and R7 250 will crossfire x off of this APU, figured you need a started point :) The only thing wrong I see is the CPU cooler is pointed the wrong way, but with how must space you have it does not really matter. if you add a GPU you will want to turn it to point out the back of the case. I would also add a exhaust fan to the back of the case, that is really just my OCD since you don't need it at this point. All and all a great Rig, keep up the good work. +1.

What gpu do you reccomend for an apu

  • 1 point

Just choose a budget you want for your gp and make sure to do your research on what you want to buy. being an apu doesn't mean anything.

Ohh thanks. I was not aware of that!

Be aware that putting your tower on that carpet is most likely suffocating the PSU. Luckily, if you must put it on the floor, you can just flip the PSU upside down so that the fan is pulling air from inside the case.

Why such a big case for the mobo, just wondering? I'm putting parts together using A6-6420k for a dedicated 8-16gb ram build, any recommendations on what ud have done differently to improve performance.(reply to this reply) '

also what is ur mc like, i mean the mods plugins and OS etc with mysql and etc, not asking names just asking the quantities of the stuff to see how overloaded the system is

also why did u rank ur mobo as 3* ?

felt flimsily putting in ram was a hassle and don't like the bios

The only reason i bought that case was because my previous one could not fit my fan in there it was a rosewill fbm case or something like that. And minecraft is just high settings with optifine and my apu is at 4.1ghz
