did you come from a previous chipset like haswell? and did you have to reinstall windows 10?

I just bought the same gpu and now I am planning on what to itx case to get etc. How are temps and noise under full load?

It's noticeable without headphones, temps hovered around 73-76C with fan rpm at 3000RPM( custom fan curve) but that's in the FT-03 case which has only one 140mm fan at the bottom, with better airflow it should run quieter and cooler.

what cases did you have in mind?

First off: thanks for the reply.

Well I still have a cooler master elite 110 (empty atm). I have some weird plans to use a pico PSU and thus use a 120mm tower cooler on the cpu to get some decent airflow in the case. Good thing would be that is rugged enough to be taken to LAN parties etc. and I wouldn't care much about scratches....a case like the ft03 is beautiful, but I would always worry about damaging it.

Or something slim like the node 202 would also be ok....not great though.

The case I really want is the Dan Cases A4, but that is so overpriced....

A case with a separate compartment for the GPU will be ideal if you are going for that small footprint SFX form factor unless you aren't worried about high temps and/or CPU/GPU throttling.
