First time building a water build system. Took my time with it was in no rush and I feel cane out looking great.
Must be nice have 3 TB of M.2 Samsung SSD lol. +1
Its great, but running close to 50% use on both so i just ordered another 1TB.
Holy Smokes, How'd you run up that much already?
I'm a huge sucker for steam sales.
oh fair enough.
SSB Vegeta gives you brownie points
Looks good man! +1
I want to make a water custom loop but i'm terrified lol
Ditto! But I'm really tempted to try on my next one.
Best thing is to start with a soft tubing loop that will help build confidence to go hardline.
I was in the same boat but i had to try it out to see if its as simple as they say and being that it was my first time doing I took my time to plan it out and make sure i got all matching parts that are compatible. Took about one month to get everything together and about 4 days to do all the bends and test it out. Though what i would recommend is start with soft tubing as andyp297 but when you do switch to hard tubing save the soft tubing. reason i say this is i had one problem were i had to drain the loop 4 times because I had to get the CPU block replaced due to RGB not working and then the GPU RMA due to similar issue. If I had used soft tube to test everything then once I know its ok I can just drain it the one time and then put on the hard tubes. Hope this helps in future builds.
Nice build! What are the temps of the cpu?
on idle it sits about 35-38c on full load 55-59c.
Awesome build, love the custom loop!
This is absolutely crazy!
Diggin' those tubes man, have not seen that before. +1
This is defiantly going to be featured
custom loop, eh?
I too like to live dangerously.
i do not trust that is your first WC ever, bending tube isn't hard but this result is almost pro
well very nice build love the smoked tube
Thanks, only reason it looks so nice is barbecue i wasted sooooo many tubes to get it as perfect as i could to the point that some tubes i just didn't want to bend and just added 90 degree fittings to cheat my way through it. i might still buy one more tube to straighten the one that leads from GPU to water block.
you could go same as the cpu to rad and then straight to Wb but might be block with top tubes, anyway i'm sure it will look neat :)
Liquid cooling your GPU? What temps are you getting on it?
same as my CPU temps on idle it sits about 35-38c on full load 55-59c
Now this is just a piece of art. Absolutely stunning. +1
Does it matter which is in or out on the card?
On this card i dont believe so because there is fins on both sides but i just have the habit of in left and out right.
I'm really loving the build! Just one question for you :) Does the card clear if it is mounted as normal? I am going for exactly the same card and case and I just wanted to know.
no it will not clear sadly. it sticks out about an inch.
Damnnn that's unfortunate :< I just love this case and card combo so much. Which vertical bracket did you use?
Currently it’s the lian li 011 dynamic verticals bracket
Are all your RGB’s synced up?
This is the first build of me seeing the Aorus Extreme and O11 Dynamic in a build. I'm assuming you kept most of the components stock?
Yes didn’t need to mod anything though I do have a spare 011 Dynamic I plan to mod to make it left sided.
