Description

Hi.. This is my first build and i was very happy on it i will post updated pictures on it once i get home (At school atm )because these are ones before I put more fans and did more cable management, I will also give you updates on the CPU and GPU temps. I had a post before this and it was really bad i was to dumb and blind and did not take there advice on how crappy this PCU was i'm sorry. That's why I made this one saying i know the PCU sucks and i will be getting a new one ASAP.... But other than that I'm extremely happy with this build. If you have any other questions or Have something to tell me to help me please leave a comment would love to hear them. I posted of picture of the FPS in Minecraft with all the settings high Once i get more of my games ill post pictures and tell you guys!

UPDATE!!! So, I bought a new power supply Because of course the Solid Gear Died. Don't EVER Buy a solid gear they suck and will die. I bought a Sentey 850 Watt Power Supply and its an amazing power supply and puts out good power I recommend it!

Glad to see you are going to replace the PSU. The cables really aren't too bad. The only big thing is the CPU power cable. You SHOULD be able to route it through the back of the case. If it is not long enough, flip the PSU over and you will get like 4-5" more cable.

I love it when people put that cpu under air, also once you replace the psu you can attempt to undervolt it slightly which would reduce heat by a notable amount. (This requires a very stable power supply though). Before it was mentioned that liquid cooling may reduce airflow to the vrm (which needs it), you could get one or two small fans and glue them onto the vrm heatsync which would help greatly.

If you want to see just how hot that chip will get there is a program called prime95 that will push it to its limits. Just open up a monitoring program, run prime95 in torture test mode and watch the temps skyrocket :) (id say cut it off if it gets to the mid 70s), though you may want to wait untill the replacement psu comes it before waking the beast.

You could probably use that thing as a space heater. I'm sure it runs games well, though!

I really have to commend your GPU choice, too. The R9 380 is underrated. Much better than the GTX 960!

I can get close to 1000fps with a 750ti and 6300, if I turn down all of the settings and stand in a corner :P

Any particular reason your CPU heat sink fan is facing downwards? Or is it purely because it conflicted with the RAM?

Yes, I wanted to have the fan pushing air into it and there is a fan on top of the case thats pulling all the air out that the one on the CPU cooler. I wanted to try anything that would get the 9590 Fx Temps down lol
