Description

White themed 4K gaming rig with blue and purple lighting.

Part Reviews

CPU

A little disappointing. Max boost clock only reaches 4.225GHz with PBO + AutoOC, stable at 4.15GHz.

CPU Cooler

Awesome cooler. Fans are quieter than expected, and beautiful too. Keeps the CPU under 75C at max load.

Motherboard

Quite a pricey but definitely worth it. Semi-passive chipset fan; Triple M.2 slots; Extended Heatpipe; Steel Plated Memory Slots and PCIe Slots. The Mystic Light Infinity lighting looks beautiful too.

Memory

Beautiful and fast RAM. However there are a bunch of issues with the lighting and iCUE such as not being detected.

Storage

A blazing fast SSD, twice as fast as my laptop’s speedy PM961.

Video Card

Beautiful and quiet GPU. Impressive overclocker too. With a factory OC of 1755MHz, I managed to add an additional 130MHz in afterburner and additional 1000MHz for vRAM.

Case

Beautiful case with lots of tempered glass to see into it. Cable management is extremely easy. High airflow. A fun case to build in.

Power Supply

A quiet PSU. It delivers power silently.

Case Fan

Gorgeous fans, a bit too loud under higher RPM though.

Case Fan

Gorgeous fans, a bit too loud under higher RPM though.

Monitor

4K, 144Hz, HDR, 10-bit color. All this in $999. Definitely a better option than the PG27UQ and X27. There are DP bandwidth restrictions but it’s not Acer’s fault anyways.

Keyboard

Beautiful white RGB keyboard with CherryMX Silver. Did take a while to get used to but the double shot PBT keycaps feels amazing.

Mouse

Perfect mouse for my use case. GHub is a bit problematic though.

Headphones

Adaptive Noise Cancelling, Bluetooth, Long battery life, comfortable for sustained usage... Everything is amazing!

Custom

It does what it does, just a bit pricey.

Custom

Wireless charging mousepad with 2 interchangeable surfaces. Top of the line tech!

nice build +1! what mic are you going to use? There is none in the sony headset correct?

I use an old detachable mic cable form my old Bose headset. The WH-1000XM3 does have a mic, but it only works in Bluetooth, and we all know that due to BT bandwidth, if you use the mic the sound quality goes garbage.

This is a beautiful and powerful build, love the color scheme. That is a LOT of RGB fans! Really like the way the exhaust fans reflect off the front glass panel on that case.

I just ordered 2 Arctic F8 to intake air to the top bit as you can see the 3 bottom intake fans are blocked by the GPU. Also ordered HyperX's pudding keycaps for the keyboard. hope it comes out nice!
