Description

Finally Done. This was my first watercooled build and I had a lot of fun doing it. Parts list pretty much covers most of the parts except tax, shipping,......and messups. lol. This started off as maybe upgrading my currant rig by adding in an AIO for my gpu's and ended up a complete no compromise build from scratch. I wanted to upgrade because I push three 2440p monitors in surround which even 2 oc 1080ti's only get me around 80fps with almost everything on max. Cant wait to see what this can do. The cabling is a bit messy. It was neater but my first board was doa so I had to pull everything back apart.....it wasnt quite as neat the 2nd time around.

nice build but 9 k damn. if i could afford a rig like that i would dumb it down to 3 k and buy a chord m scaler to go with that along with a nice dac and some nice cans

I would use the extra 6k to buy another bike lol, but I think he was trying to match the dollar amount to the processor. Job well done.

I think you justified the 10k price tag building something this stellar. I would like to see how this thing looks in your setup next to your three monitors. Excellent. +1

So, all that money for looks? do people really care THAT MUCH how the inside of the pc looks. good parts built inside a cardboard box will do the same thing.....play games, play movies and edit. i would have done up a damn good pc for about 2200 and used the rest to get another motorcycle or at least something else.

A $2200 pc couldnt run my setup. I am running 7860 x 1440 resolution. My pc before this was about minimum I could get away with. It was using 2 overclocked 1080ti with a x99 5930k processor. About $4k new and still worth 1.5 to 2k as old as it is. Nothing built with new part could come close to running that resolution for 2.2k. Now to your point, I could have used hard drives instead of m.2 memory, used a different chip and board, and aircooled it and cut the price in half. LOL, but where is the fun in that?
