Beautiful build in a beautiful case! I was going to build my rig in it until I fell in love with some of Lian Li's cases.

Thanks, yeah Lian Li cases are pretty but so expensive in Europe sadly enough. Am happy with my evolv x though!

I couldn't find the case in the list. The case itself is called Phanteks Evolv X. So I hope you find it online with just the name. It was anounced at Computex.

Fantastic build man!!! I'm planning on building in the same case so I would like to know why you prefer the Corsair LL fans to the fans that came with your case.

I'm kinda a Corsair fanboy. The front I used the ml fans with one of the phanteks case fans for performance. Also for lights I used the LL fans and also had spare LL fans.

Ps: the phanteks fans are 3 pin while the Corsair are 4 pin fans!

Thanks man! I have one more question, Which fans do you think look better, the fans that came with the case, the ML fans, or the LL fans. Also which ones do you think perform better. Thanks man.

Performance wise I take The ML fans, so as intake I got non rgb ML fans. As exhaust I take LL fans because they are silent and don't go as much of an rpm as the ML ones. The LL fans also make the interior look bright so that's why I put them as exhaust.

Also The fans from phanteks are also really good but are only 3 pin so they only go at one speed. They won't go faster when the system needs it.

Personally I would take the Phanteks fans as intake. If you have no choice. I could'nt do that because My rad supports 120 mm fans and the Phanteks are 140mm and pick whatever fans you want as exhaust. I wouldn't take ML fans as exhaust because the air will bounce back in because they go really fast RPM's.

I hope this helps!

Yeah it helps a lot. Why didnt you top mount your rad as an exhaust then keep the phanteks fans

Because the rad is cooler if it gets directly cool air, it's for when I have to place HDD's that the cool air first goes through the radiator and then on the HDD's my previous case had the rad on top and I've noticed the temp changes. It comes to personal preference.

hey is it 3x120ll fans on top and one 140ll on the back? also where did you mount your lightning node pro?

Omg I'm so sorry that my response is very very late!!! Yes you're right it are 3x120 ll on top and 1x140 ll on the back! I've hidden my lightning node pro in the back where the cables go to the front, the Evolv X has an inward curve there where you can also mount 3 extra ssd. So I put it there ;)

Again sorry for the late response!

Bad bad me!
