Description

This is my first gaming PC built in summer 2017. I'm pretty proud of it! Found the 1080 on sale for way cheaper than usual so I decided to go with it instead of my original plan for a 1070. I also went with the stock cooler for my CPU and haven't overclocked anything yet, but may in the future. There were no problems in compatibility. A lot of people have warned that this case would be hard to build in but it wasn't too difficult for a first time builder to figure out. It ended up being really beautiful after I added the RGB strip in it and it fits nicely on my desk!

How's the R5 1600 and 1080 work at that resolution and Hz? Looking to build something similar.

It's been really good so far. I get over 100fps reliably in anything I play. Usually have to lower the settings if I want 144hz though, depending on the game.

I am getting a GTX1080 build. How does it perform with the Ryzen5 1600? Do you have The Witcher 3, because it is the reason for me to build a PC to play that game in 1080p.

I don’t have Witcher 3. But in most games I get above 50-60 FPS on ultra at 1440p

Is that a LED strip at the back specifically to shine out of the hex cutouts or is is just ambient light in the case shining through?

It’s specifically for the hex cutouts

Awesome bild.. I have a question here about the:

G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

How is the performance of these? Is not listed in the QVL of the MB. I ordered the same one and have a B450 MB. I am wondering if i should return the ram and but one of the QVL list and AMD dedicated. Problem is 20 euros more at least...

Cheers!
