Description

This is my second rig that I built this year, second rig in my lifetime total as well.

First, I had a Ryzen 7 1700 with a Vega 56. I loved that build but for some reason, on Fortnite and Fortnite only, I get really bad FPS drop. So, I did my research and it was a driver issue that started with Fortnite going into Season 5. I waited for about 7 weeks for them to patch it but nothing. I ended up selling my PC and using that money along with adding some more of my own and built this beauty.

I am in love with my PC now and set up now. Along with upgrading my PC, I also added a third monitor to my set up. Which is the 34" ultra wide.

I have my PC clocked at 4.7 GHZ stable with a Cinebench score of 1633. GPU Cinebench score at 172 FPS.

Is there really not a cut-out or pass through hole near the 8 pin cpu?? I can't believe you would need to route the cable across the top like you currently have pictured. Otherwise it looks great!

With your Ryzen issue …. was it a GPU driver? Couldn't you just gone with the 1070ti in that build?

The build is solid to be sure.

How's that cooler working so far ?

Yes, it was a GPU driver issue. Overall though, I just wanted to switch it up to an Intel and build a new pc cause it's a hobby.

The CPU cooler is working great for the price IMO! im running 4.8 stable with high 60degrees C, under load.

That's cool...…….. Some people are afraid to make a leap and build their own. That is a good idea unless you want to wait, listen to them and then build one to their specs. Problem is that too many people will complain and talk about it but do nothing.
