X62 Kraken does fit into case.

Took me a total of 8 hours to build most of that time was putting together and taking apart the Kraken

Why is the cooler sideways?

Two reasons - Firstly, i wanted the tubes of the AIO to be on the top of the case because i prefer it that way. - Secondly, My ram is to tall

I did the same with my H100i, the Corsair logo is upside down. Because i do not want to bend or kink the tubes at all. I am more of a function, over form type of guy. I could care less if my cooler is upside down, as long as if my temperatures are good.

Seems like the tubes may have been too short, but it is hard to see in the photos. It might have just been a mistake.

Thanks for showing the X62 DOES fit into the case, btw how did you power the cooler? Did you plug it straight on the motherboard's header or did you get an internal USB HUB?
