Description

With the new gen of Intel processors, Derick and I felt this beauty needed to be upgraded to match. After considering many different motherboards we decided on the MSI TITANIUM and oh boy is it beautiful! AS mentioned before this build will only have 25 models produced. Pricing and configuration options will be available on 10.15.15 when www.aion-pc.com goes live! The unit will come stock with the 400GB NVMe SSD and you will be able to pick all other options for storage.

Ive been waiting to see somebody do a build with this motherboard. The stock photos supplied by MSI make it look gorgeous, and then to see it in a build of this caliber is mind blowing! Do you guys do any benchmarks on the builds that you create? Curious to see the numbers this setup puts out. Best of luck with your guys endeavor on starting your own online business building these rigs. The craftsmanship you put into these are phenomenal and I have high hopes that you guys will be very successful!

The pictures don't do it justice! Even the box it comes in looks great. All I can say is that I'm super inpresed with MSI and they're new product line. We've actually been building computers since the 80's but never in the mainstream enthusiast market. Typically its been workstations and servers for business and enterprise companies. None the less, I appreciate your support and kind words.

absolutely love this thing, it's awesome that you did something different and went with the Fury X's instead of the same old nvidia GPU's that you see in every other PC

Thanks! That was the plan, no love for the Fury X

I have to say, this build is probably one of the most beautiful builds here on PCPP.The white and blue colour scheme, the Dominator Platinum ram and the cherry on top, 6700k with Crossfire fury x's and some sexy-*** watercooling. Also, +1 for a NVMe SSD. This build made me cry. +9,001 (it's over 9,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!) if I could. Congrats.

We can only hope lol I've learned it is pretty difficult to be featured and sometimes just flat out comes to timing of posts.

  • 1 point

I hope I didn't jinx you - but the current featured has been up for a while. ;) This build certainly deserves it.

wets pants

oh shoot...

how much power does your rig pulls from the wall?

i noticed if that is normal for a watercooled rig is the air bubble or gap where the liquid enter/exits the radiator.

air trapped in the radiator dont look like a good thing

  • 1 point

not sure on power atm but the bubbles work their way through the loop and exit in the res.

  • 1 point

yea i hope so

looking at the 2nd picture again

i see some trapped air pockets at the CPU block as well

  • 1 point

pics were taken shortly after filling, you leave about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of spacing in the res and bubbles/air pockets all work themselves out. There's no way to fill it without getting air in the beginning.

Nice build, i would say your next upgrade might be hardline tubing?? i mean this build deserves it it looks so good

  • 1 point

Thanks and I agree but its made to ship nationwide and... well we all see what those people at fedex and ups due to our poor packages...

  • 1 point

lol true. i am in high school and i want to go to university across the county but i want to bring my hardline pc with me

  • 1 point

My only real complaint is that the GPU cables are not perfectly straight and parallel. My focus just immediately goes towards those cables. Why did nobody bother to adjust those before shooting pictures! ARGH! Unnecessary frustration!

  • 1 point

I really find all your work amazing too! But why do you not use hard tubing? I know you can re-use it but...

  • 1 point

Thanks and we do use hard tubing regularly, I was just concerned with shipping it nationally at first.

Here one with hard tubing: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/9wd6Mp

what is that tubing

amazing build but have you considered covering the led pannel on the motherboard with something? it would get rid of the random red glow in the build :)

  • 1 point

actually i just looked again and i guess that whole left side has an led strip through the pcb. nvm :P

  • 1 point

Thanks! Actually after this picture we disabled the red LED in the bios. Was just lazy and didn't retake the picture :P
