Does nobody like the idea of leaving room for the unknown? And overclocking those that are unknown? 750w is reasonable in my book if you overclock and plan to upgrade. 600w~ is good too but 750w, there's plenty of leeway that's not overkill. My build is not a budget build but a quality for your budget build...

Thank you R2D2! That's exactly what I'm saying! I would rather spend the 20 or so dollars extra now than buy another one when I will likely end up needing more wattage for overclocking and other upgrades. It is better safe than sorry!

perhaps look at corsair lpx ram, it is high quality without the huge price of dominators.
