Not really, just not any sketchy fake ones, you'll be fine if you stick to reputable companys like newegg and amazon. The websites pc part picker recommends are pretty good. As of the cooler thats a completely different conversation.

CRYORIG - M9a 48.4 CFM CPU Cooler. You made a good choice, after doing some more research, this is the best cooler I can find for the money. Best part, it looks good too.
