It wouldn't cost hundreds of thousands. But don't even bother with a laser cutter anyway. A hobby router will provide more than enough functionality and leave a better finish on the part with less post-finish work to be done. A light sand and the edges will clean up very nicely. I'd look at your thermal solutions though. Airflow path could be improved my the sounds and look of it. This is sick though, Great job!! Probably do one of my own.
