At that price, the 295x2 is better in games. At 4k it stomps the titans, dual 780ti, and dual 290x cards. (being on the same card has benefits over a dual card 290x build)

At any price. Titan Z and Titan have Precision technology which is great for supercomputing but not designed for gaming. If you look at benchmarks R9 295x2 beats Titan Z.
