This is over your budget a bit but I don't recommend going any cheaper.

is the pentium any good? i see its only 3.2GHz dual core, also, i wouldnt need that powerful a video card, im only really going to be using the system for minecraft and tf2

The pentium will be great in a lot games 1080p@ ~45-60fps with a R9 270x at med-high settings, especially while overclocked. The aim would be single-threaded/light-threaded games (bioshock/tomb raider) over multi-threaded games (bf4, Crysis 3). Games nowadays are just now starting to heavily thread their applications, so any game from over a year or 2 ago a pentium/r7 360 combo could run games pretty well.

What he said. It's just about the best cheap CPU you can get. Also gives you good upgrade path to i3 or i5

£5 more but better performance. You really don't want to go cheaper.

If you don't plan on overclocking you can save money on the cooler by keeping the stock one.

Though if you do plan on overclocking the cooler I chose has hyper 212 performance but is much smaller in size.
