mainly building it for my family so they can game and do other things not sure what they have in mind other then gaming its 888.78 after rebate and discounts so since it is not my $$$ any that "part" is retarded and this "part" is better and cheaper/same cost would be appreciated

Looks like a nice build. My friend recently did a build similar to this one (8350, 8GB RAM, Asus Sabertooth, 7950, and 750w psu) and he says its great. I would recommend getting a aftermarket cooler for the CPU and maybe an SSD.
