PC for a friend OS included

Blackops010

Hello, My friend has a 800$ budget and needs a new pc, including the OS. He has a monitor/keyboard/mouse. I want the best bang since he will not be upgrading soon, also he will not overclock. I'm thinking about this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Bhgsbv He said he likes green cases, and I want it to be really quiet for him. Thanks in advance.

I chose the gigabyte mobo since I'm using it now and I understand the UEFI BIOS.

Thanks. How quiet is the Intel stock cooler? Sorry I don't use one lol. Also how load does that 380x get???

stock coolers noticeable (have had 3 intel cpus) but nothing that will drive you mad. and the 380x should get ultra settings on nearly every game but very heavy newer titles (wicher 3, arma 3) would get it maxing

Alright I have 2 builds. The main difference is the graphics card. If he's ok with using Linux (at least at first and getting Windows later) then do he second one, but if he doesn't like the idea of that then the first one's kind of the only option. The second one's a good deal more powerful

ok thanks. One more ? so sorry. My friend only plays games on his pc. How long will this last for him? (like until it would drastically bottleneck a gpu)
