My brother needs a PC but it needs to be as cheap as possible, Ill upgrade it in a few years (prob 3-4) So it needs to last that long. He only needs low/medium graphics on arma 3/insurgency. Also I'll be upgrading my skylake system so I would prefer this to be skylake. (So i can give him the parts)

So you can upgrade later and the H170 is basically the Z170 without OC. I personally like it over the H110.

It does look the best out of the three that have been posted. One change I would make is to get a gigabyte or MSI mobo instead, ASRock is known not to be that great
