Are there any optical drives available right now that come with software?

I've looked at some of the cheaper ones and people are saying they come barebone or they have to download another program to get this and that working.

What's the best/cheapest one I can find that plays reads and writes bluray? Write isn't necessarily an option but it would be nice.

Thanks!

Any disk drive would work just fine as-is; Windows automatically installs drivers. As for software to burn to the disk, there's plenty free stuff out there that works just fine.

Hardware wise, most drives come bare, which all you'll need is an extra SATA cable.
