Which m.2 SSD for my new build?

Hi,

I've pretty much got my new pc picked out I'm just curious about some different ssd's.

This the parts list https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Footclan/saved/LFrHxr

And for the ssd I'm looking at 500gb capacity in m.2.

I'm looking at these 3 drives:

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/w34NnQ/intel-600p-series-512gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-ssdpekkw512g7x1

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/PMbkcf/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sd8sn8u512g1122

Is there any real differences in speed between these? I noticed a review in the Samsung 850 claimed it couldn't reach full m.2 speeds.

Any advice?

The Intel 600p is the fastest one, get that.

Thanks.

And just to confirm, the ssd on m.2 won't take pcie lanes away from the gpu correct?
