I'm torn about starting with 2x4GB with only 2 RAM slots available. It's probably enough, but you'll be stuck with modules you can't use should you need/decide to upgrade. Judgment call there. Rainbow6Sheep is right about the speed/price, though.
It looks like you're making a gaming build, and 320 GB will fill up FAST in that case. If an SSD isn't in the cards, a fast 1TB mechanical will do the trick.
The new CXM power supplies are supposed to be decent, and will save you a few pounds.

The Biostar motherboard is an ATX motherboard, so it would not fit in the Nano S case. I would also not recommend an ITX case for a first time builder. Memory is really overpriced, since it will only run at 2133mhz since your motherboard is not Z170.
For £600 I would go for this which is more balanced and has more upgradability.
Unfortunately I couldn't fit an SSD into the build, so I recommend adding one later along the line.
According to the link in the part list, that MB is mini-ITX.
That's a different one to the one I got when I initially searched it, weird
lowered the cpu and added an SSD
Thanks guys.Think I will save up even more for an i5 and ssd
