Black Friday Last Minute Descision ITX

I'm looking to build a PC on Black Friday - Cyber Monday weekend, with a price of around 500-800 after discounts, including the full copy of Windows 10. At first I thought to build an ATX PC, and then I realized that since I would need a Wi-Fi adapter, why not go ITX because ITX boards are cheap and have built in Wi-Fi.

I'm a first time PC builder. Do you guys think these parts will go down too max 800$?
