Is my power supply too dinky for this?

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

I've been thinking it for about 3 months now and I think I might need a 750 or 850 but the Wattage calculation says that a 650 would be enough. I don't want to go overkill but I also don't want to go too little and not have enough power.

Edit: Would you recommend 650W, 750W, or 850W?

I bought the card like 2-3 months ago so no go unfortunately.

Motherboard I'm sticking with the X370 Gaming Titanium cause of the better VR capability as well as it goes great with the Titanium case.

quick question does the seasonic brand have a built-in auto eco mode? I haven't used any SeaSonic brand stuff yet.
