Was this build a good idea?

So, this is kind of an afterthought, since this is a build for my friend Henry. I built out this PC for him, since he was going to be doing game creation and content editing, as well as some gaming, and was bent on going intel. He was also adamant about wanting value, but he was ok to spend some cash, due to Ethereum. He wanted to order everything yesterday, to take advantage of prime-day. Was this a good build? (soon to be put together).

By the way, he wanted the h100i v2 to as an AIO, which was 30$ off yesterday, and he wanted to build in that case, and mount it in the top radiator mount, so only good low-profile ram would fit.

Only thing i can see is that the cooler most likely came with thermal paste on it and your ram is sort of slow, is there a reason for this?

That RAM can be easily OC'd via XMP

Was looking for Low-Cas memory since most memory is 15 cas latency but this one is 14. In terms of the speed like I said Ryzen is what mostly takes over speed while Intel doesn't benefit significantly. If he wants to be can also upgrade to 32GB, and at that point the speed doesn't matter

I forgot that the 100I v2 had thermal paste
