Crap cooler and crap PSU.

The GTX 1060 3gb beats the RX 570 for a similar cost

Why 4gb of RAM? You won't accomplish more than basic games and you web browsing

Get a Ryzen 1700 instead of the 1700x because they can overclock the same

Go for B350. X370 is only useful for multiple GPUs, which aren't worth it.

Get the 1700 over the X model. They OC the same. Use the money on higher speed ram and try for 8 to 16GB. You will want around 3000mhz. Also do you have RX 570 available in your area if not try the GTX 1060 3gb.

Note that the BitFenix Nova case does not have greatest airflow.

Also before getting like 3000mhz 8 or 16gb ram you should check that your motherboard supports that speed. you can do it on the motherboards website where it will say what speeds are supported.

Similarly, what's the difference in the new and the one I selected, is it the read and write speeds
