I hate to say but return the PSU, it is likely a bad PSU that puts your build in danger. Get a Corsair CXM instead. Don't cheap out on the PSU, its the only part that is capable of having nasty effects such as causing damage to parts or killing the build.

If you are looking to overclock you are going to want a better board.

That AIO is murdered by HSF's that have similar performance to a H100i and what not.

A GTX 1070 is massive overkill for 1080P, a GTX 1060 or a RX 580 would do fine for that.
