Computer won't boot with a bootable USB

I recently built my pc, but I cant install Windows. The usb with Windows in it won't start the installer despite me booting the Usb in the bios. Nothing comes up but telling me to select a bootable device and reboot, blah blah blah. The installer won't start and I cant download Windows on my new machine. I downloaded the iso file on a windows xp machine because that's all I have right now. I used a 3rd party software to move the files to the usb becuase on Windows xp I cant format to a exFAT. What am I doing wrong???

So I got the installer running but now once I try to install it gives me the error of "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error Code 0x8007025D" I tried clearing the HDD using command prompt and other things. What should the next step be. I am trying to install using a USB.

EDIT: Actually, make sure you're on Legacy first, then try again.

You can download a program right from windows that will download and create the image on the USB for you. Just google Windows Media Creation Tool.

Yea I got that but I got the error while installing Windows now. I have been trying to fix it for a day now with no solution. "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error Code 0x8007025D"

Google is your friend, check this:

You may just need to create a new partition that's under 250gb. I've read that Win 10 will go crazy if trying to install onto an SSD or HDD with a ton of space.

I've used Rufus multiple times with no issues. If that didn't work, you can try again or use imageUSB. Otherwise it might be a bios setting. Are you on Legacy or UEFI?

Uefi I have a Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 atx motherboard.
