Still don’t have storage, attachable RGB squares, coolant for custom loops, NVME heat sinks, optical drives, or SSDs. I like RGB.
Honesty, transparency, and a genuine sense of customer appreciation (mostly looking at software companies here). I would include in the customer appreciation point things like NOT collecting huge amounts of my data, and then spilling it all over the place.
On the hardware side of things. Less planned obsolescence, and a commitment to self/3ed party repair (even if I have to pay 10 or 15% more for the initial outlay).
1440p 144Hz G-sync monitors with built in speakers so you save yourself money by not having to buy a separate set of speakers
We have monitors like that with Freesync but not with G-sync
