Building something some what cheap for my wife to use. Non gaming. Pictures editing is cropping and rotating, not much to do there. Mostly surfing the internet, watching movies, shopping, loading pics to the cloud and backup, Microsoft office applications, working on citrix from home. This decision has taken too much of my time so I put it out to everyone else to help me. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I'd get the 8GB's of RAM, for general usage that should easily be enough. Get faster RAM too since Ryzen CPUs should be coupled with faster RAM. 2666Mhz should be fine but 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz is better, though for general usage it probably won't make too much of a difference anyways.

Just order 8 GB of 3200 MHz RAM. Thanks for the advice.

The power supply may be a fire hazard (knowing the B3 is), I HIGHLY recommend a Corsair CXM550 (2017).

Holy Crap!! I'll check that out. Not to ashamed to ditch that power supply. Only paid $10 for it at Micro Center.
