Need help setting up a all-in-one gaming/streaming setup.

I would Like to get into streaming however I would like to only use only one computer for the streaming/gaming for the sake of space and simplicity. I have done some reading and still somewhat confused about the use of capture cards. The Elgato HD60pro supposedly encodes the stream meaning less stress on the CPU however I am not sure and need some clarification. Here is the parts list. Willing to take any suggestions.

you should get a 144 hz monitor, they are cheap at around 200 dollars, or less if there is a sale
