Is 8ms bad for gaming on this monitor?

So I was planning on getting this monitor but it says that it has an 8ms response time, is this bad?

If it is, are there any suggestions for lower ms with the same quality of panel and yes, I'm fine with the 60hz.

$250 is way too much for a 1920x1080p@60hz monitor, you can get the same for $120 with an adjustable stand.

That screen may look awesome, but its low resolution makes it not worth it for $250. If you plan on gaming with it, its 8ms time is unbeareable.
